mcemrn on "PhpMyAdmin and FileZilla settings for personal backup"

Hello, i want to mantain my personal backup in my hard drive, i usually use PhpMyAdmin to backup my mysql databases and FileZilla for folders and files.
Are there specific settings for both PhpMyAdmin and FileZilla tools for a working backup ?
