chm on "Empty website"

Hi,
I'm new with zenphoto. Here is my problem.
I've just installed zenphoto on my server (through the admin page because the server solution works with zenphoto and install it by itself)
My theme is "zpbase"
I'm now on the admin php page
Just for a try, I've created a new album with pics in it.
First, I can't see it when I go on my website (check it : http://www.christianmonnet.com)
Second : I can't change the order of the pics. I'm taking pics to move it to left or right (in the dedicated tab) but nothing happens.
