I downloaded this plugin, but I seem to be experiencing a bug, or mayhaps user error, but it's been 2 hours and I've gotten nowhere.
Server: CentOS 6.4, PHP 5.3, MySQL 5.1
Steps:
1) Ran the OpenID detect script and got a successful return.
"Setup Complete!
Your system should be ready to run the OpenID library."2) Installed federated_logon from Available Plugins (Users > federated_logon).
3) Options > Plugin > Verified "Google" was ticked.
4) Type in user+pass and then select 'Google' from Logon, but the following error is returned:Federated logon error:Authentication error; not a valid OpenID.
Note: I also just tried selecting 'Google' before putting in user/pass and it got same error.
I tried this in both Firefox and Chrome and received the same results.
I also verified this OpenID option was enabled on our Google domain.
